This Privacy Policy provides clients with comprehensive information on how we process personal data and outlines the rights of clients as data subjects. These principles fulfil the information obligation pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR.
Personal data are:

collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purpose of processing,
accurate and kept up to date where necessary,
stored in a form permitting identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary,
processed in a manner ensuring appropriate security of personal data.
We process personal data based on:
the conclusion and performance of a contract for bespoke furniture manufacturing services,
compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations),
the legitimate interests of the controller,
the consent of the data subject.
Clients are always informed whether providing personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, whether they are obliged to provide the data, and what consequences may arise if they do not.
Depending on the legal basis, we process the following personal data:
first name and surname,
residential address and/or correspondence address,
date of birth,
email address and telephone number,

in the case of business clients: registered office address, company ID (IČO) and VAT ID (DIČ),
other information necessary for proper provision of services.
These personal data are necessary for contract performance and compliance with legal obligations. Without them, a contract cannot be concluded.
Email addresses may be processed:

When visiting www.aminterior.cz, personal data may be processed through cookies based on the consent of the data subject.
Identification and contact data obtained through a website form are processed based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. If the enquiry leads to contract negotiations, processing is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
Personal data are processed primarily manually.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of providing architectural, manufacturing, and installation services under contracts concluded with clients.

public authorities (e.g., courts, administrative authorities),
other recipients where disclosure is necessary in accordance with client instructions.
Personal data are processed for the duration of the contractual relationship. After termination, data are retained in accordance with legal archiving obligations and the controller’s legitimate interest regarding limitation periods and potential disputes, typically for up to 3 years after contract termination.
For enquiry forms, personal data are processed for the time necessary to handle the request and subsequently for up to 6 months for related follow-up.
In other cases, data are processed only for the period necessary to fulfil the processing purpose. Where processing is based on consent, withdrawal of consent ends processing unless another legal basis applies.
