You translate design concepts into production documentation: 3D models, technical drawings, bills of materials, and hardware and material specifications. You resolve construction details, tolerances, veneer grain continuity, concealed integrations (audio, ventilation), as well as fire and acoustic requirements. You work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure everything fits perfectly on site – down to the millimetre.

We are looking for a skilled joiner for bespoke and small-series production of custom furniture and architectural joinery elements. You will read production documentation, prepare components, match veneer grain continuity, assemble pieces, and carry out pre-installation assembly. We value attention to detail, millimetre-level precision, and responsibility for quality.

You will machine panel materials (drilling, milling, grooving), set up and calibrate machines, work with programs based on production documentation, and monitor output quality. We require the ability to read technical drawings, logical thinking, proficiency with tools, and basic machine maintenance skills. Efficient material usage is a plus.

Surface finishing is our signature. Your role will include surface preparation (filling, sanding), spray finishing of veneered and laminated components, including RAL colour shades while preserving the natural wood grain texture, quality control, and maintenance of the finishing area. Attention to detail, colour consistency, clean edges, and a well-organised workspace are essential.

You will prepare price quotations based on documentation from architects and investors, calculate material and production costs, communicate with suppliers and the production team, and help identify smart construction solutions.

We expect experience in bespoke manufacturing, the ability to read technical drawings, proficiency in Excel, and strong attention to detail. The workplace can be based in Zlín or Prague, by agreement.
