Klamovka Residence

This timelessly designed family apartment meets the highest standards of comfort and functionality. Within the project, we delivered a complete joinery fit-out, including wooden wall cladding, extensive storage units with integrated doors, and bespoke freestanding furniture. The dominant material throughout the interior is oak wood in various finishes, complemented in selected areas by the subtle texture of terrazzo, fluted glass, cognac leather, and black metal elements.

The apartment’s bespoke features incorporate a range of smart and practical solutions, such as sliding bedroom doors that disappear seamlessly into the wall when opened, and precisely crafted ventilation grilles integrated into the joinery to elegantly conceal HVAC systems and speakers. A key feature of the living area is a built-in library with integrated doors leading to two additional rooms.
